What is a valuation?

A valuation documents your home’s market value and is carried out by an estate agent who visits the property. Today it is documented with an e-takst, which both you and your bank can access.

What happens after I send the form?

Do I have to sell afterwards?

No. The valuation comes with no obligation. It can also be used when refinancing your mortgage or planning your next home.

How long is it valid?

Banks usually require an e-takst to be no older than six months when it is used as documentation for a loan.
